We have often discussed how the Burke Team utilized high professional standards and experience, excellent communication, willingness, integrity, as well as being very supportive for us through all phases of out home sale experience. Your honesty and suggestions, all your work resulted in the expedient sale of our home, catching us off guard! We have been very let down by out realtor experience in Eugene. Honestly things in Eugene, Oregon Real Estate Market are quite different. We see clearly that having a home inspection and repairs done before the listing the home was an excellent idea. This is not even common up here! None if the homes that go on the market have severe structural problems or in need of extensive cosmetic work. Expansive soils, structural failures, lack of upkeep and poor building codes from years ago, as well as poor construction and contractor standards have quite a negative effect on many of the homes in out area. It almost feels backwards, or opposite of you. We finally realized how good the Burke Team was for us when we started going through real estate agents here in Oregon. You are "The Best and Most Intelligent" decision any home seller can make.

We first found out about the Cynthia Burke Team through HomeGain.com
We we're looking for realtors in our area to sell my Dad's house. Since HomeGain.com
said the Team was selling some 40+ homes a year we thought they must know
what they're doing.

Several things impressed us about the Burke Team: They weren't hard sell, they
were (and are) a tightly knit team working together, and they kept in touch
(many realtors don't do that very well.) So we hired them.

The end result was that my Dad's house got lots of offers and sold for
well over list price.

When it came time to sell our house, a couple of years later, the Burke Team
was the only choice, as far as we were concerned. This time though the market
was a lot tougher, being right at the time that East Bay prices started dropping.

Despite a slow and falling market they managed to do it again and the house sold
for over asking price, again.

So in our opinion, if you want your house to sell then Hire the Burke team.

I have let far too much time elapse before sending you a note to say thank you for all the effort you put into selling my house. It really looked lovely. Each decision we made was the right one. That's quite a batting average. I don't know how other people react to buying and selling their homes, because I was so very emotionally entangled with that house, it was a very traumatic experience.
